These terms apply to every order placed with MHL COSMETIC PTY LTD (ABN 22 677 237 295) through this website. Please read them before you order.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but pricing and stock can change. If a pricing or stock error affects your order after you have placed it, we will contact you and give you the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
You need an account to place an order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we accept your order and confirm it. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot deliver to your address, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud.
We accept credit and debit card, and bank transfer.
Orders paid by bank transfer are not dispatched until funds clear in our account. Your order number is the payment reference; quoting it is what lets us match your payment to your order.
Product names, ingredient lists, shade names and photography are supplied by the brands we stock. Screens vary, so a shade on your monitor is a guide rather than an exact match — ask us before you order if you are unsure, and see our Returns policy for what happens if a shade is wrong.
Cosmetics are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here claims to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or react to fragrance or active ingredients, check the pack and speak to a healthcare professional before use.
Always read the label and follow the maker's directions. We recommend patch-testing a new product on a small area before full use, particularly anything containing acids, retinoids or fragrance. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you when we have received payment in full.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
Keep your account password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
